RECREATION GROUND

a.      Hand Over Date

·        Agreement with GPCC as 26^th April

b.      Ground Aeration

·        Agreement in principle to assist funding.

c.       Plaque

·        Rec committee to organise a plaque thanking fund raisers for their assistance in raising money for the Pavilion extension.

d.      Trophy Cabinet

·        All agreed to install in the pavilion and fund glass front.

e.      Press Cuttings/Photos/Certificates

·        To be displayed on Pavilion walls

f.        Kitchen

·        Prices to be obtained for a griddle to be used for burgers etc.

g.      Signs

·        A large “Boots Off” sign is required. Discuss at next RG meeting.

h.      Water Taps

·        Tap required for filling water bottles to be installed in the shower area. Discuss at next RG meeting.

FUND RAISING

a.        Badges

·        Samples were shown of that which can be obtained and all agreed to obtain a number with club logo shown. Prices to be set for sale.

MINI-SOCCER

a.       Self Financing

·        The committee agreed it is now time for the mini soccer section to fund their own activities. Andy Taylor to be asked to provide information on finances.

b.      Rec Ground Fees

·        A request is to be made that a contribution towards this years’ fee should be paid and once next years’ fee is agreed then a reasonable proportion of the fee will be the responsibility of mini soccer.

c.       Coaching

·        Demos Harris has offered to conduct coaching sessions for children. AT to be advised.
