After a brief period of retirement James returned to Reserve Team duty, however it seems he has rejoined the ranks of the fat and lazy.

1st Team Most Improved Player 1998/1999

James played for 4 seasons. Primarily playing at full back for the first team (either right or left) he also had some spells in the reserves. Not what you would call a prolific scorer James had a purple patch for the reserves at the back end of the 1999/2000 season hitting four or five all from at least two yards out.
